Opportunities

Volunteer Opportunities

Divine Mercy Academy seeks a variety of different volunteers for a myriad of tasks that help enrich the school experience for our students. Helping our Infant/Toddler community, prepping materials, cleaning our classroom areas, coordinating small maintenance projects, supervising students at recess, and staffing our front welcome desk, are just a few of the ongoing and periodic ways to help. If you’d like to get involved and have time and talent to share, please complete the brief survey.

Our Core Values

Faith Foundation

Christ-centered

We are a Christ-centered sanctuary of education where school, family, and Church work in unison.

Catholic

We’re dedicated to creating and sustaining an educational environment for children rooted in the Catholic Faith.

Community

We seek to train up children who will become ambassadors of God’s mercy in their Church, their community, and the world.
partnering with parents, and educational approach.

Family Involvement

Accessible

Our non-traditional method of funding is not tuition-based, making education accessible to all income levels by allowing parents to give in a manner that fits their budget and their family.

Supportive

We promote and encourage parental involvement while we seek to honor and support their role as primary caregivers.

Compassionate

We are devoted to children with special needs, which creates a uniquely diverse and compassion-driven educational experience for all students.

Educational Approach

Montessori

The Montessori approach offers many creative opportunities for children to grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically.

Classical

Our classical content focuses on rich texts, cyclical learning, concrete concepts, and the Socratic method: intentional group discussion exploring complex questions. DMA utilizes this content, themes, and resources, infusing them into the classroom environments.

Fruitful

Our caring and dedicated staff provides a loving and joyful environment that fosters a contagious passion for learning.
