Theresa Klinkhammer graduated from St. Mary's College with a degree in mathematics and English literature. She has taught for twelve years in secondary schools, concurrently earning master's degrees in education and pastoral theology. She served St. Ambrose Academy in Madison for seven years in the roles of teacher, dean of students, dean of faculty, and director of student ministries. In 2018, she fell in love with CGS and its manner of living religious and liturgical life with children. She is certified in CGS Levels 1-3 and has spent the last six years working in Level 1 and 2 atria while teaching theology and mathematics to 6-12th grade students as her day job. In May of 2024, she earned her primary Montessori certification at Mary's Catholic Montessori Training Center in Eudora, Kansas, where she was absolutely delighted by the Montessori math materials. She is excited to be joining the DMA team in forming children to reach their fullest potential. Theresa is a consecrated virgin living in the world and loves Jesus intensely.

Jessica graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology. She has experience working with children of all ages but most recently she worked as a third-grade teacher in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. She looks forward to serving DMA and being part of this beautiful Catholic community. Divine Mercy Academy welcomed Jess to the team this year, fall 2022. Welcome, Jess Derks!

Becca is a wife and mother to four littles, all at Divine Mercy Academy. She was born and raised in New Hampshire and has lived in Wisconsin since 2014. She is a graduate of the University of South Dakota in Health Sciences and most recently worked with Pediatrics in Radiology at UW Health. Becca has a passion for a child's experience in education that is Christ-centered. She has seen Montessori education foster independence, spark the joy of learning and truly honor the dignity of every child.
